Location: Flexible as long as in the London/South East of England – Must be able to travel to Central London regularly
Salary: £45,000 base salary plus uncapped commission
Contract type: Permanent Full Time
Working hours: 40 hours per week – Hybrid/ Remote working
About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager with a successful track record in selling services to end-user clients. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced sales environment, with a demonstrated ability to generate and manage proposals effectively for a diverse range of clients, with deal values ranging from £500 to £50,000. While we welcome candidates from various sectors, experience in the service industry is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, including site visits and relationship-building with clients.
- Apply a structured and adaptable sales approach to meet diverse client needs effectively.
- Operate independently after receiving initial support from an operational colleague, gradually transitioning to autonomous performance.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to drive business growth.
Requirements
- Proven success in sales, preferably within the service industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a high volume of proposals.
- Strong organisational skills with experience in building and maintaining a sales database.
- Sincere, credible, and professional demeanour, with a self-starter mentality and the ability to work autonomously.
