Location: Salisbury & surrounding region
Hourly Rate: £12.21 - £12.71 from April
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract, Starting ASAP
Working Hours: 37 hours, Mon-Thurs 07:00-15:00 Friday 07:00-14:30

About the role

We currently require a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in Salisbury. You will keep several town council contract locations (e.g. offices, parish councils & schools) and local grounds in a wonderful condition for our clients through Ground Maintenance services such as, but not limited to, grass cutting (using a ride on and pedestrian mower), strimming, pruning, weeding, hedge cutting, shrub and border maintenance, litter collecting, sports line marking and any other related horticultural duties.

Requirements

• Previous Grounds Maintenance working experience.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Reliable with a can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
• A full valid UK driving licence
• PA1 and PA6 licences are an advantage but not essential
• Must be willing to complete a DBS check
